(v) Third-party conduct or content;
(vi) Any other matter related to the Site or Services,
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99commerce's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site, Services, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8.3 Availability

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its arbitration rules, or pursue available remedies in Hong Kong courts.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account and access to the Site at any time by notifying us in writing. Termination will not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your Account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
12.3 Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
13. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations in your jurisdiction.
